Rules and Policies


Smoking Policy

KASOTC's policy on smoking is designed to secure a healthy, clean and safe environment for trainees, visitors, and staff as well as eliminating passive smoking from its premises.

 Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside buildings.

 Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

 Smoking is not allowed in the dining facility.

 Extinguish cigarettes and discard them only in appropriate containers

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol and/or illegal drugs are prohibited on KASOTC‘s grounds.

Weapons Policy

 Always treat guns as loaded.

 Always keep guns unloaded until you are in range.

 Always keep guns pointed in a safe direction.

Weapons are not allowed in:

  Dining facility.

 Pro-Shop.

  Inside buildings.

​ Sexual harassment 

Sexual harassment is prohibited; including any verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature to control, influence, or affect the career, pay, or job of another deliberate or repeated verbal comments or gestures of a sexual nature that are offensive to a reasonable person; or any unwelcome, deliberate, or repeated sexual advances or requests for sexual favors.

Misuse of Equipments

 Do not move or remove any object or material without prior approval, including furniture or fixtures from rooms and/or common areas.

 Lost or stolen badges shall be reported immediately to KASOTC POC.

 Guests shall not post banners, signs or posters on walls, windows, or balconies.

 No tampering with fire detectors & firefighting equipment.

 Use of candles, incense sticks or any type of open source flame devices is prohibited inside buildings.

 No tampering with locks or enter unauthorized areas.

Dress, appearance & Personal Hygiene 

  Visitors are expected to take a sensible approach to dress & appearance, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.

  Briefcases & luggage are not allowed in the dining facility.

  Clothing should be worn appropriately.

  No object may be thrown, projected, or dropped from a window or balcony.

  Gym attire is not allowed in the dining facility.

  Guests are required to maintain their rooms and other facilities clean at all times.

General instructions  

  All training areas & live fire Ranges are off limits.

   Sports are not allowed after 22:00 hrs.

  Use of cameras is prohibited within KASOTC except for authorized personnel.

  Guests are responsible for any damages.

  ID badges shall be displayed clearly at all times.

  No movement out of your designated area without prior approval by KASOTC POC.

*Violations of KASOTC’s instructions and policies will result in suspending access and legal liabilities.

  • Friday – Saturday : 08:00 – 22:00

Note: Bags, luggage, and briefcases and weapons are not allowed.

Medical Center

Working Hours

  • 08:00 – 16:00  : Routine Sick Calls
  • 16:00 –  08:00 : Emergency Only
