KASOTC Visitor Management System (VMS) Mobile App

This Privacy Policy describes how the KASOTC Visitor Management System (VMS) Mobile Application (“Application”) processes information when used by authorized employees of King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC). This Application is intended strictly for internal use by authorized KASOTC personnel only. It is not available for public registration or external users.

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application is designed to:

  • Submit and manage visitor access requests
  • Review and approve visit applications
  • Generate and validate digital access passes
  • Monitor visitor entry and exit records
  • Maintain security and audit logs

2. Information Processed

The Application processes the following categories of information:

Employee Information

  • Employee name
  • Department
  • Official email address
  • System role and permissions
  • Login activity logs

Visitor Information (Submitted by Employees)

  • Visitor full name
  • National ID / Passport number
  • Nationality
  • Visit purpose and duration
  • Uploaded identification documents
  • Entry and exit timestamps

3. Authentication & Access Control

  • Access is restricted to authorized KASOTC employees.
  • Users authenticate using approved internal credentials.
  • Role-based access controls (RBAC) limit access to relevant data only.
  • All actions are logged for audit and security purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored on secure servers authorized by KASOTC.
  • Access to data is restricted to authorized administrators.
  • System maintains full audit trail logging.

5. Data Sharing

The Application does not sell or share data for marketing purposes.

Data may be accessed only by authorized KASOTC security and administration personnel

6. Data Retention

Data is retained according to KASOTC internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

7. User Rights

As this is an internal enterprise application, data access and correction requests must be submitted through KASOTC administration channels.

8. No Public Accounts

This Application:

  • Does not allow public user registration
  • Does not collect data from external users
  • Is restricted to internal operational use
